How to get the CityNexus referral reward

Download the CityNexus app.
Register as a new CityNexus user and enter referral code v5kkBC during sign-up.
Spend at least S$20 in a single receipt at a participating retailer in one of the eligible CDL properties.
Submit the receipt through the CityNexus app for verification.
Once the receipt is approved, you will receive 500 points.

The referee must be a new user who has never registered for a CityNexus account. Duplicate, invalid or fraudulent receipts may be rejected.

The referral reward is limited and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Signing up alone is not enough: the new user must submit an approved qualifying receipt. Check the official referral promotion for the latest terms before participating.

What is CityNexus?

CityNexus is a smart-building and lifestyle app connected to the City Developments Limited (CDL) community. It combines a shopper rewards programme with property-specific features for tenants, employees and visitors.

For shoppers, its most relevant functions are:

Earn CityNexus points from eligible shopping and dining receipts.
Redeem points for CDL E-Vouchers and other rewards.
Discover promotions and events at participating CDL properties.
Convert points into parking credits through Carpark$ at supported properties.

About City Developments Limited (CDL)

City Developments Limited is a Singapore-based global real estate company with residential, office, retail, hotel and other property interests. CityNexus began as CDL’s proprietary smart-building app for the Republic Plaza office community in 2019.

The platform subsequently expanded beyond building operations. CityNexus now connects users to retail rewards, promotions and services across several CDL properties, while continuing to provide workplace functions for participating buildings.

Participating CDL malls and properties

The CityNexus Rewards programme currently covers participating retailers at these properties:

Property	Location and character
City Square Mall	A family-oriented shopping mall at the junction of Kitchener Road and Serangoon Road, beside Farrer Park MRT.
Palais Renaissance	A luxury retail and dining destination on Orchard Road with a curated mix of boutiques, restaurants and wellness businesses.
Republic Plaza	CDL’s flagship office development at Raffles Place, with a retail and dining enclave serving the CBD community.
City House	An office building at Robinson Road and Cross Street with participating retail and dining businesses.
Waterfront Plaza	A riverside commercial property with participating outlets in the Havelock Road area.

Although CityNexus commonly refers to them collectively as participating CDL malls or properties, not every location is a conventional shopping mall. Always check whether the individual retailer participates before making a purchase.

Where CDL E-Vouchers are accepted

The CDL E-Voucher merchant directory also lists participating shops at City Square Mall, Palais Renaissance, Republic Plaza, City House and Waterfront Plaza, as well as selected outlets at Millennium Hotels & Resorts and South Beach.

Acceptance varies by merchant. A property appearing in the directory does not mean every shop there accepts CDL E-Vouchers.

How CityNexus points work

According to the current CityNexus Rewards guide:

A minimum spend of S$20 in one receipt is required to earn points.
Most participating purchases earn 1 point for every S$1 spent.
Supermarket and food-court spending earns 1 point for every S$5 spent.
The first eligible transaction during your birthday month earns 2X points.
Receipt submissions are generally processed within 48 hours.
1,000 points can be redeemed for a S$5 CDL E-Voucher.

At that redemption rate, the 500-point referral bonus is equivalent to S$2.50 of voucher value. However, CDL E-Vouchers are redeemed in blocks of 1,000 points, so you will need at least 1,000 points before making that redemption.

Points and promotional rewards are subject to the programme rules. They are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

Carpark$ parking credits

Carpark$ lets members convert CityNexus points into credits that automatically offset parking charges at supported properties. The current CityNexus terms identify City Square Mall and Republic Plaza as participating Carpark$ locations.

This can be useful for members who drive and prefer using their points for parking instead of CDL E-Vouchers. Check the conversion rate shown in the app before confirming a redemption.
