My experience with the previous app (November 2023)

These experiences and screenshots relate to the retired app, not confirmed features of its replacement.

Previous referral offer

The old programme used referral code T189985 and this previous-app referral link. They are retained here for historical reference, not as a current signup offer.

Signing in

After signing up in November 2023, I realised I was unable to log in to The Whale Tea via a web browser. But the same login credentials worked when I installed their app from the Google Play Store.

Lucky wheel

I won the grand prize of FREE regular Osmanthus Honey Green Tea on my first attempt :)

The previous app offered a spin of the lucky wheel every seven days under the “Rewards” tab.
