Four step process with award winning tea leaves

The Whale Tea uses a unique combination of cutting-edge teapressor machine and traditional tea philosophy, while using award winning tea leaves, to brew the most creative and healthy bubble tea.

Brewing process:

• Stage 1: Steaming and hydration of tea leaves to allow brewing to be ready
• Stage 2: Extraction of Geraniol and Phenylacetaldehyde, giving the tea its natural fruity and floral scent.
• Stage 3: Extraction of Polyphenol, Catechins and Antioxidants, giving the tea an extraordinary earthy aroma.
• Stage 4: A final rinse extracts the tannins without much bitterness, giving the tea its signature “Hui Gan” (sweet aftertaste).

Toppings

• Brown sugar pearls: simmered for 3 hours using a proprietary technique to fully infuse the pearls with the aroma of traditional brown sugar.
• Peach gum: zero calories, zero fats, 100% natural collagen, rich in plant fiber.
• Honey pearls: exceptionally chewy and crystal clear with a sweet honey fragrance.
