As of January 1, 2025, TADA adjusted its platform fees:
- For trip fares below S$18, the platform fee is S$1.05.
- For fares above S$18, the fee is S$1.25, both before GST.
2. What is TADA’s waiting time policy?
TADA applies a tiered system for waiting time charges, starting after four minutes of driver waiting. Specific details about the charges are outlined in their official policies.

3. What is TADA’s cancellation policy?
A cancellation fee is applied if your driver has arrived at the pickup location and waited for more than four minutes. Additionally, riders are given a certain number of free cancellations per week; subsequent cancellations within the same week may incur a fee.

4. Does TADA charge surge pricing during peak hours?
When TADA launched in 2018, they announced that instead of employing dynamic pricing - where prices increase or decrease based on demand - TADA will impose surcharges during peak periods, such as during the morning and evening peak periods, similar to taxis. Source: Straits Times
