What Is shopFarEast Rewards Programme?

“Celebrate unique retail experiences every day”

shopFarEast is the official rewards programme of Far East Malls. Members earn shopFarEast Dollars (SFE$) when they upload eligible receipts in the app and enjoy deals, promotions and rewards across participating malls.

There is no membership fee. Simply register in the app and start earning.

How shopFarEast Points (SFE$) Work

shopFarEast Dollars (SFE$) are the programme’s reward points:

• Earn 1 SFE$ for every S$1 spent at qualifying merchants in participating malls.
• For supermarket spend, every S$3 earns 1 SFE$.
• Minimum spend S$10 on a single receipt applies to qualify.
• Receipts must be uploaded within 24 hours of the transaction to earn SFE$.
• A member can submit up to two receipts per store per day for earning SFE$.
• SFE$ credits only after receipt approval, typically within 2 working days.
• There is a daily cap on SFE$ earning (e.g. up to 2,000 SFE$ per day, subject to prevailing terms).

E-Voucher Acceptance and Use

Far East Malls e-Vouchers earned with SFE$:

• Can be used at 500+ selected shops and dining venues within participating malls.
  • Refer to mall directory to view the list of participating stores by checking the ‘Accept Far East Malls e-Voucher’ box.
• Must be redeemed before the expiry date shown; no extensions are allowed.
• Vouchers earned from promotions, points redemption or referral bonuses are all managed in your shopFarEast wallet.

Promotional Events and Bonus Offers

shopFarEast periodically runs special events that boost rewards and experiences:

• Birthday Bonuses – During your birthday month, earn 2× SFE$ on your first approved qualifying receipt.
• Members’ Day / Bonus SFE$ Events – Certain campaigns offer up to SFE$ multiplier on qualifying spend during the promotion period.
• Game and Play Activities – Upload receipts to earn game chances and win bonus points or prizes via in-app games.
• Spend & Redeem Activities – At times, spend thresholds unlock physical giveaways or exclusive redemptions at malls.
