What you can receive

The current Priority Banking and Priority Private new-to-bank promotion lets you choose between:

  • Up to S$4,000 cash, or
  • Up to S$8,000 in equivalent Signature CIO Fund units

Your reward depends on the fresh funds you place with Standard Chartered:

RelationshipFresh fundsCash rewardSignature CIO Fund reward
Priority BankingS$200,000 to below S$300,000S$350S$700
Priority BankingS$300,000 to below S$1 millionS$1,000S$2,000
Priority Banking with Accredited Investor statusS$1 million to below S$1.5 millionS$2,000S$4,000
Priority Private with Accredited Investor statusS$1.5 million to below S$3 millionS$3,000S$6,000
Priority Private with Accredited Investor statusS$3 million or moreS$4,000S$8,000

The S$1 million to below S$1.5 million tier remains under Priority Banking but requires Accredited Investor status. The S$1.5 million and higher tiers require Priority Private and Accredited Investor status.

If you bring in S$200,000 to below S$1 million, you may also receive an additional S$1,000 cash or Signature CIO Fund reward if you qualify, opt in and maintain Accredited Investor status with the bank.

Additional investment reward

You can receive S$200 cash for every S$50,000 of eligible Unit Trusts purchased with fresh funds in a single day, capped at S$6,000.

Investments involve risk and may lose value. Do not invest solely to earn the promotional reward; consider whether the product, fees and risks suit you.

What “over S$60,000 in welcome gifts” means

Standard Chartered’s advertised maximum of S$62,425 is not a single cash welcome reward. It is an illustrative total combining several offers and substantial product commitments, including:

  • Interest on S$1.5 million in a Wealth $aver Account
  • Bonus$aver interest on S$100,000 after meeting its qualifying activities
  • The maximum S$8,000 Signature CIO Fund welcome reward
  • The maximum S$6,000 Unit Trust investment reward
  • Interest from a S$4 million time deposit

The amount you actually receive depends on the products you use and the requirements you meet. For a S$200,000 Priority Banking relationship, focus on the reward tier that applies to you rather than the maximum headline.

Who is eligible?

To participate in the current welcome promotion, you must:
