The Pace card is an all-digital card designed for online shopping. The card is free with no fees, and allows customers to split the cost of purchases at participating merchants.
You need to link a credit/debit card to the Pace Card to set it up.

How exactly do I use Pace at a physical store?
I used Pace twice in October 2022 and the steps differed slightly between the two occasions.
Experience 1: splitting my payment for a package at a Dr.Stretch outlet
Process flow:
- ensure details of a valid credit/debit card is added in the Pace app
- the staff at Dr.Stretch provided me a QR code to scan using the Pace app
- upon scanning, the amount due is indicated in the Pace app
- within the Pace app, I can apply a promo code before proceeding with the payment.
Experience 2: splitting my payment for clothing at Giordano
Process flow:
- ensure details of a valid credit/debit card is added in the Pace app
- scan a Pace QR code at the cashier counter
- manually enter the amount I wish to pay
- within the Pace app, I can apply a promo code before proceeding with the payment.
