About L Privileges Rewards Programme

L Privileges is the loyalty rewards programme for the following shopping malls:

  • AMK Hub
  • Jurong Point
  • Thomson Plaza (Swing By @ Thomson Plaza)

The L Privileges programme is open to individuals residing in Singapore aged 16 years and above. Parental or guardian consent is required for applicants below 18 years old.

There is no membership fee to join L Privileges. Members can start earning Points by spending a minimum of $20 nett in a single receipt at participating stores within participating malls.

Tips:

  • Earn 1.5× Points if you are an existing NTUC Union Member. Validation is automated during sign-up, with no additional steps required.
  • Spend $8,000 or more within 12 months to attain Gold membership, which offers double Points on eligible spending.

What Can I Redeem with L Privileges Points?

L Privileges Points can be used to redeem rewards directly within the app.

Examples (as of Oct 2025):

  • 1,000 Points = $1 carpark credit
  • 5,000 Points = $5 L Privileges e-Voucher
  • 10,000 Points = $10 L Privileges e-Voucher
