How to use the Easybook Reward Cash obtained from signing up with a referral?
You can use the Reward Cash balance to offset your purchase only when you pay via the Easybook Wallet. You cannot utilise it if you opt to pay via other methods like a credit card.
The Easybook Wallet consists of two components, Main Cash and Reward Cash.
Important: The Reward Cash balance can only be used to offset 5% of the transaction amount.
For example, if you have $12 in your Reward Cash balance, and you are paying $100, you can only offset $5 worth from your Reward Cash. The balance $95 has to come from your Main Cash balance.
You can top up your Main Cash balance from a variety of ways like PayNow, ShopeePay, Visa, Master… but do take note that some options have a top up fee.
Using PayNow is recommended as it does not require a top up fee.
