DCS Card Centre Pte. Ltd was formerly known as Diners Club (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.
Diners Club (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is a private-owned financial institution (FI) that was incorporated in 1973 to exclusively issue Diners Club cards in Singapore. It is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) under the Banking Act and licensed to issue credit cards and charge cards in Singapore.
The company has gone through a transformation and will establish itself as a complete cards centre, issuing more than just Diners Club-branded cards. As such, there is a need to change its registered name from Diners Club (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. to reflect the wider scope of cards issuance with other international payment networks including UnionPay, Visa and Mastercard.
Reasons to get a DCS Card Centre card
Benefits depend on the card you choose. In particular, these Diners Club benefits do not apply to every DCS card.
Airport lounge access
Singapore-issued Diners Club basic cardholders get one complimentary visit per calendar year to a participating lounge. DCS lists access to more than 1,900 airport lounges and experiences, including lounges at Changi Airport.
Club Rewards
Eligible Diners Club cards earn one Club Rewards point per S$1 of qualifying spend. Points do not expire and can be redeemed for vouchers, merchandise or miles. See DCS cardmember benefits.

Diners Club Buy-Now-Pay-Later

ATM
Eligible Diners Club cardholders can withdraw cash at DBS/POSB ATMs in Singapore and at more than 1.3 million ATMs globally. Cash advance fees and interest may apply. See DCS cardmember benefits.
Lifestyle Advantage Plan
The Lifestyle Advantage Plan is a complimentary travel insurance benefit for Diners Club credit and charge cardmembers. DCS has announced that this benefit ends on 1 November 2026.

When I applied for the DCS Ultimate Platinum Mastercard, its straightforward 2% cashback felt like a godsend.

Sign up convenient using Singpass
You can sign up conveniently via Singpass MyInfo. The screenshot below is from the original 2023 article; DCS’s application screen may have changed.
Pay your credit card bill via PayNow
DCS bills can be paid via PayNow QR in myDCS or the DCS Cards App. Select the card and amount, then scan the generated QR code with your banking app. See DCS payment channels.
Requesting for fee waivers
I overlooked my bill in October 2023 and incurred a S$100 late charge.
I first tried calling customer service to request a waiver, but the line was engaged for two days. When I finally got through, the automated system directed me to the DCS Cards App.
I had trouble finding the fee-waiver request in the app.

Be conscious of the payment due date
In 2023, my statement arrived on the 6th and payment was due on the 22nd. DCS has since moved the payment due date to the 15th of each month for non-corporate cards, effective 1 March 2026. Check your statement and set a reminder so you do not miss the due date.
