Business model
Your money is invested in a portfolio of fixed-income funds carefully selected to optimise risk-adjusted returns based on factors such as duration, yield to maturity, credit quality, and currency.
Chocolate Finance makes money when the fund outperforms the target return. If returns are higher than the target, Chocolate Finance takes the excess as an outperformance fee (between 0–2%, depending on how much the portfolio outperforms).
Should the fund’s return exceed the target return by more than 2% p.a., the excess will be distributed to clients.
