What Is BeepRewards?

BeepRewards is a Singapore payment and rewards app covering participating dining, retail, beauty, home and lifestyle businesses. Its cross-merchant model lets you earn rebates with one participating business and use available credits with another.

How Payments and Rebates Work

  1. Scan and pay: use the app to scan the merchant’s payment QR code. Beep lists Visa, Mastercard, PayNow and Apple Pay; check the options shown at checkout.
  2. Earn rebates: Beep advertises up to 25%, depending on the merchant and tier. Rebates are received over time, not necessarily as an immediate discount.
  3. Use available credits: offset purchases at participating Beep merchants. Beep also advertises earning rebates when spending rebates. Check the current offer in the app.

The maximum advertised rebate is not guaranteed on every purchase. Check when credits become available, their expiry and redemption terms. Do not assume in-app rewards can be withdrawn to a bank account.

Which Brands and Merchants Participate?

Merchant names to look for include PrimaDéli and RUHENS. Download the app for the full merchant list, participating outlets and current offers. Participation may vary by outlet.

My practical take: start with a purchase you already intended to make. A rewards balance is only useful if you can spend it at places you would normally visit.

Registering a Business as a Beep Merchant

The merchant application asks for your registered business name, UEN, address and company email. Beep reviews the submission before onboarding.

Beep’s merchant FAQ states there are no setup or subscription charges, but transaction commissions apply. Payment-processing costs depend on the merchant tier.

The platform works alongside an existing point-of-sale setup, with onboarding support. Before joining, confirm the commission, processing fees, settlement schedule, rebate funding obligations and cancellation terms with Beep’s merchant team.
