What is Atreyu Running Company
Atreyu Running Company is a running shoes startup founded in 2020 and based in Austin, Texas, USA. It recently celebrated its third anniversary on 21 February 2023.
Running Shoes
I came across Atreyu while researching on super-shoes containing carbon plates. The flagship model named ‘The Artist’, which contains a full length carbon plate is competitively priced at US$95 (Feb 2023). ‘The Artist’ weighs 229 grams for men’s size 9.
The ‘Base Model’ is also enticing because it is super lightweight, coming in at just 165 grams for men’s size 9. It is also competitively priced at US$80 (Feb 2023).

Shipping to Singapore
Singapore is one of a small list of countries that Atreyu ships to. Refer to Atreyu’s FAQ for the full list.
Unfortunately, shipping to Singapore isn’t cheap.
For a single pair purchase in February 2023, the cheapest option is FedEx International Economy® (4 business days) which costs US$36.20.
Interestingly, when I had two pairs of shoes in the cart, a cheaper option by USPS First Class Int’l appeared. US$28.05 for shipping two pairs of shoes is more palatable.
Alternatively, shipping within USA is free, so if you know someone visiting the states soon, you might wish to ask them for a favour.
